New Study of the Kerry-Lieberman “American Power Act”

We’ve released our latest study today, an economic analysis of the “American Power Act” or Kerry-Lieberman cap-and-trade bill. The study explores the bill in detail, discussing several theoretical issues raised by the legislation as well as providing new distributional estimates of the bill’s cost to U.S. households.
